Section 1

General Terms

Account Obligations

Prohibited conduct: The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

Deposits & Withdrawals

Section 5

Bonus Terms

zx999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. The general bonus terms below apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

Wagering requirements: All bonus funds credited to your zx999 account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, and in some cases to the deposit amount as well. Bonus abuse: zx999 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Promotional changes: zx999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Once a bonus has been credited to your account and gameplay has commenced, any changes to the applicable terms will not be applied retrospectively to that active bonus instance.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the zx999 platform. Game-specific rules for individual casino titles, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets are published within the relevant game or market interface and should be reviewed before play commences.

Minimum and maximum bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, table, and sports market. Account Closure

Voluntary closure by the player: You may close your zx999 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat and submitting a written account closure request. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of voluntary closure. Cleared real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method.

Confirmed or suspected use of automated betting tools, bots, or scripts.
Confirmed or suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors.
Failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe.
Account holder confirmed to be under 18 years of age.
Activity that zx999 determines in its sole discretion to pose a risk to the platform's integrity, other players, or operational continuity.

Where an account is closed by zx999 for reasons other than a proven breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any required checks. Bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited where the closure is a result of a Terms breach.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

zx999 provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Technical failures: zx999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity problems, or software errors that are outside our reasonable control. This includes failures at the level of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications infrastructure. In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of an active game or bet, zx999 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly but does not guarantee any specific outcome.

Third-party content: The zx999 platform includes games and content developed and operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.
